Waitlist terms
These terms apply to signing up for the zarkadi Vračar pilot waitlist. They are not a contract for a delivery or parcel-custody service — no such contract exists yet.
What signing up means [LEGAL CHECK]
Joining the waitlist means you’ve expressed interest in a future pilot. It is not an order, a payment, a legal reservation, or an obligation on either side.
Nothing is charged when you sign up, including when you tick “Reserve a spot in the pilot” — that’s only a signal of stronger interest.
The pilot isn’t final [LEGAL CHECK]
The pilot — including location, exact start date, prices and terms — hasn’t been confirmed. Signing up doesn’t guarantee the pilot will happen, or when.
Referral perks [LEGAL CHECK]
Referral perks (e.g. a parcel on us) are pilot perks, not cash rewards, and are conditional on the pilot actually starting and on the invited friend confirming their sign-up. Terms may change before the pilot is confirmed.
Leaving the list [LEGAL CHECK]
You can leave the list at any time: reply to any message we send with the word "unsubscribe", or write to [POPUNITI].
Changes to these terms [LEGAL CHECK]
We may change these terms ahead of the pilot start; we’ll notify you by e-mail of any material change.
