How we store your data

Controller: zarkadi, address to be confirmed. Purpose: the pilot waitlist and demand research (your consent). We never ask for your home unit number or a national ID. We don’t sell data or send marketing without separate consent. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted after 30 days; the rest at most 12 months after the pilot ends, or on request. You can withdraw consent anytime, and you have the right to access, correct, delete, and complain to the Commissioner. Contact: a contact we will publish before launch.

No spam. We only write when there’s pilot news. Nothing is charged.

What exactly is zarkadi?

A parcel address at a local shop in Vračar. The courier drops your parcel at the shop, and you pick it up when it suits you, whoever delivered it and wherever you shopped.

Is it available now?

Not yet. This is a waitlist for a pilot we’re planning in Vračar. Signing up doesn’t commit you to anything, and nothing is charged now.

What will it cost?

We’re testing three price options per parcel (you’ve been shown one in the sign-up) plus a monthly plan for a few parcels. The final price depends partly on this test — we’ll publish it before we charge anything in the pilot.

What happens to my data?

We only keep your e-mail, optional phone, street and survey answers to assess interest and invite you to the pilot. We don’t sell data. Details are in the Privacy notice.

Which couriers are involved?

The goal is to work with every courier delivering to Vračar — that’s why we ask which one most often misses you. We’ll publish the confirmed list once the pilot is set.

What if I’m not in Vračar?

We’re planning the pilot in Vračar first. Sign up anyway — we’ll let you know if and when we expand to your area, and your sign-up helps us see where demand is strongest.

Is my parcel safe at the shop?

In the pilot, we plan to scan every parcel on arrival and release it only with your personal code and, on first pickup, your ID. We pick shops from the neighbourhood you already know, not a locker. Full custody and liability details are published before the pilot starts.

What do I get for inviting a friend?

We’re planning referral perks for inviting neighbours: 1 friend who signs up and confirms = 1 parcel on us, 2 friends = 3 parcels on us. These are pilot perks, not cash, and terms may still change before the pilot is confirmed.
